Summer Camp

In line with the directives of the highest authorities in the country aimed at strengthening the ties between the sons and daughters of the Algerian community residing abroad and their homeland, and in response to the educational needs of the younger generations, thereby contributing to their adherence to their national roots and reinforcing their connection to the pillars of national identity in its linguistic and historical dimensions,

The Embassy of Algeria in Kuala Lumpur informs all members of the esteemed Algerian community residing in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, in coordination with the Ministry of National Education, is launching an educational initiative. This initiative involves opening educational sections for the benefit of the Algerian community abroad, in the form of summer camps, coinciding with their presence in Algeria for the summer holidays.

This event will be held from July 6th to August 13th, 2026, to enable our children to benefit from Arabic language lessons according to the national curriculum and to enhance their knowledge of the pillars of national identity in its various historical, cultural, and spiritual dimensions. The training will be organized into three (3) two-week training sessions, totaling twelve (12) hours, with three sessions per week, each session lasting two hours, according to the following schedule:

• Session 1: July 6-17, 2026;

• Session 2: July 19-30, 2026;

• Session 3: August 2-13, 2026.

Participants in this initiative, all members of our diaspora, will be divided into two age groups (no more than 20 students per session):

• Group 1: Children aged 8-12;

• Group 2: Children aged 13-16. This initiative will cover fourteen (14) provinces: Chlef, Bejaia, Biskra, Tlemcen, Tiaret, Algiers, Jijel, Setif, Skikda, Annaba, El Bayadh, El Oued, Khenchela, and Ain Temouchent.
