ALGIERS — The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, co-chaired Tuesday with his Rwandan counterpart, Paul Kagame, the signing ceremony of several agreements and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) covering various areas of bilateral cooperation.
